Mike Pittman and Sonny Martinez are the owners of P&M
Plastering Contractors,
Ltd. Their relationship began in 1991, when they were hired
at Triangle Plastering Systems just a few days apart. Mike started as an
estimator and quickly worked his way to vice-president at Triangle
Plastering, working as project manager on many national award-winning
projects. Sonny started as a tender and worked his way through the
field to plaster foreman, and assistant project manager for the EIFS and
Manufactured Stone work at the prestigious Gaylord Texan Resort project. Mike and Sonny moved to KHS&S Contractors, running their Dallas Plaster Operation. They left KHS&S Contractors in 2004, when the corporate office dictated a shift away from smaller projects. P&M Plastering Contractors, Ltd. was started to service clients with projects of all sizes. We are fully insured and bondable for your larger projects, and yet detail oriented for smaller intricate work. P&M Plastering has assembled a team of dedicated employees experienced in all aspects of plastering. A group that will thrive when challenged with complex details, demanding schedules and tight budgets. Our company stays on the cutting edge of technology. Our craftsmen use the latest techniques and material to create custom finishes for our customers. Pete Martinez oversees employee training and quality assurance for P&M Plastering. Pete’s specialty is high end plastering work and plaster restoration, his resume includes work on The Mansion, Edgemere, and Bass Performance Hall. P&M Plastering lathers and plasterers gained unique experience and knowledge of themed plaster and carving work on the Gaylord Texan Hotel and Convention Centers Interiors for the nation’s largest themed construction company. Safety is our number one priority at P&M Plastering. Comprehensive Safety Resources has served as our Safety Consultant since 2004. CSR closely oversees all facets of safety – from assisting with our aggressive safety program, employee certification, training, and monthly job site inspections. Employees at P&M Plastering are working toward an accident free 2009. Additional safety training and incentives are in place to help us achieve this goal.
